Ingredients

1 cup butter softened

2 cups packed brown sugar

3 eggs

2/3 cup honey

1/4 cup orange liqueur

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup orange juice

1 2/3 cup all purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

4 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. ground ginger

1 tsp. grond cinnamon

1/4 tsp. ground nut meg

1/4 tsp. cloves

1 cup raisins

1 cup bleached slivered almonds

Directions

Whish together the flours baking powder and spices

In large bowl cream the butter with brown sugar beat in eggs then the honey orange liqueur sour cream and orange juice Beat the floured mixture into creamed mixture.

Then stir in raisns and almonds. turn batter into greased floured tube pan

Bake cake at 350 degrees for 80 minutes or till tests done transfer to rack to cool

Given to me by friend She got it from safeway card years ago
