Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix ground beef, steak spice, worcestershire and bread crumbs. Form into 6 patties and brown the outside.
  • Meanwhile Add oils & butter to a pot on med-low heat. When butter is melted add flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  • Add stock & BBQ sauce.
  • Simmer until thickened slightly.
  • Put browned patties in the bottom of a 9 x 13 in baking pan, top with BBQ gravy.
  • Bake at 350F for 15 minutes covered.
  • Remove lid and cook for another 15 minutes uncovered.
  • Top with additional BBQ sauce & horseradish if desired
