My Delicato Spaghetti Sauce

- This will serve 2 to 4 people depending on the amt. of spaghetti used. shopping list
- 12-16 oz. thin spahetti shopping list
- 1 can black pitted olives drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained shopping list
- 1 can your favorite beans shopping list
- wondra shopping list
- 1/4 c. lucino olive oil shopping list
- i stick unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/2 c. chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4 c. wine shopping list
- 2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 vidalia or texas sweet onions chopped in chunky pieces shopping list
- No extra salt is needed shopping list
- 1 bunch tied assorted herbs (I used fresh sprigs of lemon balm, italian oregano, chives,mint) shopping list
- 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese shopping list
- 2 cloves chopped garlic shopping list
- grated cheese shopping list
- crusty bread shopping list
How to make it
- THE SAUCE AND SAUCE CAN BE MADE AT THE SAME TIME
- If you line up your ingredients will take under 30 minutes from can opener to table
- Set water to boiling for pasta
- When at a rolling boil add pasta
- Heat deep saucepan
- Add oil and butter and lower heat
- Add herbs to the side for easy removal
- Add garlic, artichokes, onions, olives and make a small roue by adding wondra and stirring in with broth and wine
- Remove herbs
- In last 5 minutes add cream cheese and sugar
- Drain spaghetti and plate
