Have not tried these yet! but i will!
Ingredients
- 30-40 jalapeno peppers shopping list
- pork loin—slice thin strips shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
- bacon Strips cut in half shopping list
- lemon pepper or Greek seasoning shopping list
How to make it
- Split seed and devein peppers
- Marinade pork in soy sauce
- Stuff peppers with marinated pork
- Wrap with bacon using toothpicks to hold together
- Dust with seasoning
- Smoke or grill till done.
