How to make it

  • In an stock pot add water and let it boil.When the water comes to a boil.Add the eggs one at a time till they are cracked on the shells.Boil for 30 to 35 minutes.When done drain.Let set in cold water till ready to crack and peel them.Slice down the middle.Add the yolks into a bowl.
  • Smash the yolks.Add as much miracle whip or mayo, mustard and salt.Mix well.Taste to see if it needs more.
  • When done add the mixing to each egg.Set into the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours.

    Hmmm, I never thought to put mustard in them. I'm gonna have to try that. I always top mine with paprika, I don't know why, that is the way my mom does it. Like mother like daughter I guess.
