Ingredients

4 pounds ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium green pepper, chopped

4 sticks of celery, chopped

2 eggs (I had to come back in and add the eggs after I got an comment on it on not adding the eggs)

1 can (14.5 oz) tomato sauce

2 1/2 cups bread crumbs

1 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl combine the first nine ingredients.Mix well.

In a pan add the meat..Zig zag the ketcup on the meat. Bake for 45 minutes or until no more pink in the middle.
