  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a bowl combine the first nine ingredients.Mix well.
  • In a pan add the meat..Zig zag the ketcup on the meat. Bake for 45 minutes or until no more pink in the middle.

    4 POUNDS OF GROUND BEEF?? You could't FIT that in a meat loaf pan, let alone cook it through the middle in just 45 minutes.

    Hi, Sandy! You know I never seem to have eggs in my fridge when I need one and I guess you didn't have one either for this meat loaf recipe. Nice to know a meat loaf will stay together without one! 5UP
