Ingredients

How to make it

  • Get the pasta going into boiling water( takes 7-9 minutes)
  • Heat olive oil and 4 tbls of butter(saving 2 tbls butter) in large skillet
  • add Artichoke hearts, mushrooms and garlic and saute a couple minutes
  • add lemon pepper, salt/ pepper, capers and saute a minute or so
  • add the remaining 2 tbls butter, chopped parsley and the juice of 1 lemon
  • cook a couple of min. stirring
  • drain the pasta well and add to the skillet, mix well and your ready to go!
  • Fast and easy!

    Well you had it great before payday! I was once so broke before payday - I had pancakes for dinner with no butter or syrup! Sure was glad to get my check in hand and go to bank and then to grab a burger!
