Lemon and Butter Pasta with Artichokes and Mushrooms

- 6 tbl. butter shopping list
- 2- 3 tbls. olive oil shopping list
- 1 14 0z can artichoke hearts -rough chopped shopping list
- 1 7 0z jar whole mushrooms -rough chopped shopping list
- 2- 3 cloves of garlic chopped shopping list
- 1 tbl.lemom pepper seasoning shopping list
- salt/pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tbl. capers- chopped shopping list
- palm full chopped parsley shopping list
- 1-lemon shopping list
- about 3/4 pkg. whole wheat wide egg noodles (you could use pretty much any pasta) shopping list
How to make it
- Get the pasta going into boiling water( takes 7-9 minutes)
- Heat olive oil and 4 tbls of butter(saving 2 tbls butter) in large skillet
- add Artichoke hearts, mushrooms and garlic and saute a couple minutes
- add lemon pepper, salt/ pepper, capers and saute a minute or so
- add the remaining 2 tbls butter, chopped parsley and the juice of 1 lemon
- cook a couple of min. stirring
- drain the pasta well and add to the skillet, mix well and your ready to go!
- Fast and easy!

Well you had it great before payday! I was once so broke before payday - I had pancakes for dinner with no butter or syrup! Sure was glad to get my check in hand and go to bank and then to grab a burger!
