How to make it

  • Pat fish with cumin and garlic powder and S&P.
  • Grill about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  • While waiting on fish combine cucumber, both onions, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno, balsamic, lime, olive oil and some S&P to taste in food processor. Blend until chunky. If you really prefer it thinner then go ahead and process longer. You may need to add a little more olive oil to get your right consistency. Place a fillet on a plate and top with a generous helping of sauce!
