Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms in butter. Remove from pan and reserve.
  • Sauté cutlets briefly. Remove from pan and reserve.
  • Add flour and stir until just fragrant.
  • Add stock and wine, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Return mushrooms and veal to pan.
  • Heat through and serve.

    Very good! I used pork as could not find veal in my local grocery....but still the meat was tender and had excellent taste-perfect gravy to go along with as well :)

    one of my favorite dishes...i must try your version as it seems to be a little healthier than the way i make it....if you havent tried it with pork tho..i highly recommend it...a pork tenderloin sliced thin and pounded works great...
