Ingredients

1 c flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

2 large eggs

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 c sugar

1 stick unsalted butter,melted

1/2 c walnuts,finely chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Heavily butter a 9" cast iron skillet. Whisk together flour,baking powder and salt.

Whisk eggs and sugar together. Add the butter and whisk until satiny. Stir in flour mixture;whisk till smooth. Spread batter in skillet and top with walnuts.

Bake 25 to 30 mins.or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve slightly warm or room temperature.
