How to make it

  • Mix all the ingredients well adding one egg at a time until it forms a tight ball in you hand . press into a nonstick sprayed pie pan, going up the sides. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 8 minutes. let cool and add dip or filling.
  • If making a tart, savory pie or quiche. just fill and bake as normal
  • This can also be doubled to fit a pizza pan and topped white style with spinach, basal, pineapple etc. Bake before topping then bake to melt toppings.
