Pork Rind Pie Crust

- 1 bag pork rinds, pulsed in a food processor in small batches shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1-3 eggs, beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients well adding one egg at a time until it forms a tight ball in you hand . press into a nonstick sprayed pie pan, going up the sides. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 8 minutes. let cool and add dip or filling.
- If making a tart, savory pie or quiche. just fill and bake as normal
- This can also be doubled to fit a pizza pan and topped white style with spinach, basal, pineapple etc. Bake before topping then bake to melt toppings.
