Spicy Sausage Nachos

                    - 1 lbs Hot pork sausage shopping list
- 1 lbs Nacho chips shopping list
- 4 46 oz medium cheddar, shredded shopping list
- 4 46 oz monterey jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 cup tomato, diced shopping list
- 3 green onion shopping list
- 4 tbsp black olives pitted and sliced shopping list
- 4 tbsp pickled jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 4 tbsp banana peppers Sliced shopping list
- 8 tbsp sour cream shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Remove sausage casing and discard.
- fry sausage meat in a pan over medium
- heat
- spread half of the nacho chipss on a large oven proof platter
- spinkle half the cheese evenly over the chips, followed by half of the warm sausage
- place platter in a 400"f preheated oven for about
- 3 to 4 minute or until cheese has melted
- add the remaining chips cheese and sausage on top
- of the first layer
- bake until cheese is completely melted and chips are
- slightly browned on the edges, then remove from ovens
- spinkle tomatoes, green onion, olives, both peppers slices
- on top of nachos
- if desired, spoon sour cream on top of nachos or
- serve it on the side to dip
