- Two pounds of milk chocolate bars - regular Hershey Bars or whatever you like shopping list
- Two pounds of large marshmallows shopping list
- Half a pound of cashews, chopped shopping list
- Half a pound of toasted coconut flakes shopping list
- One stick of real butter, unsalted shopping list
- Half a can of Milnot shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
How to make it
- Butter a large cookie sheet;
- In double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate bars, the butter and the Milnot;
- In a large bowl, put the marshmallows, nuts, and coconut;
- Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture in the bowl;
- Stir until coated;
- Pour it all out onto the buttered cookie sheet;
- Press the mixture down with the back of a spoon;
- Sprinkle lightly with sea salt;
- Cover and refrigerate at least two hours;
- Cut into squares.
