Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add beer. Mix dough until all dry ingredients are incorporated; dough will be sticky.
  • Use a spatula lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray to transfer the dough into greased bread pan. The dough is very sticky, so you likely won’t get an even, smooth surface, but that won’t affect how it cooks at all.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or until lightly browned.
  • Brush your loaf with 2 T of melted butter when it first comes out of the oven.
  • Wrap any leftovers in saran wrap and reheat slices for about 10 seconds in the microwave. It will actually be just as good as fresh!

I am ecstatic to discover that I don't have to pay 8.50 for a box of this lusious bread. I will definately be making this for the family asap! The only issue that I have at this time is using my last beer in the fridge for this bread and not being able to drink it while I run the Scrabble board tonight! Decisions decisions
