Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine all fruits in a large bowl.
  • Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice enough to keep from browning.
  • Cover and chill.
  • Mash cream cheese with a fork and beat until smooth.
  • Beat in, slowly, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, currant jelly, cream, and grand mairner liquor at your discretion.
  • Chill the dressing for 1 hour.
  • Serve fruit on platter and dressing in a separate bowl.
  • Provide toothpicks or large skewers for dipping into dressing.
  • FANTASTIC!!!!

    That is a great post. Super for a larger gathering but I'm thinking I'm going to half the recipe so I can enjoy it sooner. The fruit section at our grocery stores now chop up smaller packages of fresh fruit so I'll see what I can find. Thanks.

    The flavors are so delicious that it's ashame fruit costs so much...I wish I had my own orchard!

    That sounds heavenly! I use grand marnier in another fruit dip, and it is a wonderful addition. I will try this one whenever we have our next "gathering".
