How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Rub each chicken breast with olive oil,then place in a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish Season with garlic powder,salt and pepper. Pour Worcestershire sauce over each breast. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 45 mins. Check chicken and remove cover,if desired.
  • Bake for 15 mins. more.

    I made this last night. I only had thighs and legs so I used them. I don't think this needs added salt. Mine seemed to have quite enough salt from the Worcestershire. I think some onions and garlic would be nice with this, too. I loved that I had the ingredients for it so I'll probably make it again and add some onions and garlic and omit the salt. Added my picture.

    I have never thought of combining Worcestershire sauce with chicken but I love the idea and this recipe is and HUGE HIGH 5!!!

    Thanks for a very good post. It just so happens that I have today purchased some chicken breasts that were destined for another recipe. I believe that your recipe will shanghai my chicken. Oh well, such is the risk upon entering my kitchen. I'll let you know how it turned out. Thanks and hi-5.
