Turtle Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Made this over the weekend as a trial run.LOL! Very good!

- 3/4c plus 2 Tbs. caramel ice cream topping
- 1 graham cracker pie (6 oz.)
- 1/2 c plus 2 Tbs. chopped pecans,divided
- 2 pkgs.(3.4 oz ea.) vanilla instant pudding
- 1 c cold milk
- 1 c canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tspground nutmeg
- 1 tub (8oz.) whipped topping,thawed,divided
Directions
- Pour 1/4 c caramel topping into crust;sprinkle with 1/2 c nuts.
- Beat pudding mixes,milkpumpkin and spices with whisk till blended. Stir in1-1/2 c whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining topping,caramel topping and nuts just before serving.
