Chicken Cacciatore - The Quick And Easy Way Recipe

Ingredients

6-8 boneless chicken breasts

2 Large Jars of your favorite spaghetti or marinara sauce

8 oz jar mushroom stems and pieces

Directions

Throw everything in the crockpot and cook on low for at least 8 hours. Serve over cooked rice and there you are! Of course, you can cut the chicken in pieces, but my husband perfers I don't.

(And for those of you who are wondering...NO, I don't brown the chicken first and it is totally cooked at the end of the day!)
