How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 4 (6x3'")loaf pans with non-stick baking spray with flour.
  • Prepare pound cake according to pkg. directions,substituting whipping cream for water or milk. Add nutmeg to batter,blending well.
  • In a small bowl,toss together white chocolate morsels and flour,leaving excess flour in bowl. Fold morsels into batter. Spoon into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 mins or till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pans for 10 mins. Remove from pans;cool completely on a wire rack.
  • In large bowl,combine sour cream,confectioners sugar,and cream,whisking well. Spoon over cooled pound cakes. Let stand till glaze is set.
