How to make it
- In an electric skillet or large stovetop skillet, combine all ingredients except the wings. Stir to blend well; add wings. Simmer, with cover on pan, for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to simmer until meat is tender and sauce has reduced and is caramelized (I baste and turn the wings a few times until the sauce begins to thicken). Watch the wings carefully, as they can burn very easily! Sprinkle wings with sesame seeds just before serving, if desired.

Must have been good. They're all gone. All I got was to sop the sauce with a piece of bread.
