Easy Rosemary Chicken

This is a simple chicken dish you can make on a weeknight. Serve with whipped poatatoes and greens.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breats, boneless and skinless shopping list
- 2 T fresh rosemary, chopped (dried rosemary doesn't work as well) shopping list
- dash of salt and pepper shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced shopping list
- 1 T vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 lemon, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Lay chicken in a cooking dish and sprinkle all ingredients evenly over the breasts.
- Refrigerate for an hour
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Lay lemon slices over the chicken
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Enjoy!

Love the rosemary and this is great on a weeknight and it jazzes up those boring chicken breasts. Nice dinner.
