How to make it

  • Preheat oven at 350.
  • In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Press into an un-greased 8-inch x 4-inch loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 160. Yield: 6-8 servings.
  • Serving size: 1 slice
  • Nutritional Values: Calories per serving: 179, Fat: 8g, Cholesterol: 72mg, Sodium: 569mg, Carbohydrate: 7g, Fiber: 1g, Protein: 19g
  • Note: This is Diabetic Friendly and for anyone.

    this sounds good to me. and different. i cannot wait to try it. dillweed. i would have never thought to put that in meatloaf.. u got my vote!

    hey just like cheesecake - never met a meatloaf I didn't like but this one does have a slightly different twist with the horseradish - will definitely give it a whirl and let you know - meatloaf next day.......nice thoughts
