Salmon Spread

- 1 -15.5 oz can salmon fillets -drained & flaked shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons grated red onion shopping list
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 3 drops louisiana hot sauce shopping list
- 1 -8 oz cream cheese -softened shopping list
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 2 tablespoons minced parsley shopping list
- Assorted crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Combine salmon with the next seven ingredients; blend well. Chill several hours. Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into a fish shape or ball. Cover surface with nut mixture. Chill several hours before serving with crackers.
- Can also be prepared and used as a spread for finger sandwiches.

Haven't tried it, but I will! Whenever I try to read the directions, the screen shows it for a fraction of a second and then it disappears. I simply can't read something brand new that fast! What am I doing wrong?
