Peaches and Cream Coffee Cake

- 3/4 c. flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 3 tbs. butter softened shopping list
- 1 3oz vanilla pudding mix (not instant) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- 16 oz can peaches heavy syrup reserving 3 tbs of juice.. the rest drained... shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 1 tbs sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/3 c. walnuts.. (I chopped nine a little) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first three ingrediants with butter.
- Add pudding, egg, and milk.
- Mix on medium speed two minutes.
- Grease 10' deep dish pie pan.
- Pour in batter, arrange peach slices on top
- Mix cream cheese and syrup until smmoth (Syrup from the reserved peach juice)
- Spoon over peaches to 1' of pan's edge
- Mix topping and sprinkle over peaches
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm...
- I like vanilla bean ice cream on mine..
