Surprising good for such a simple recipe.

I'm not sure why you would only put cinnamon on top of a cinnamon sugar muffin, so I added 1 1/2 teaspoons to the dough. It comes out more like a dough than a muffin (not pourable...unless I missed something). Tastes wonderfully! Just what I was hoping for! I didn't end up topping it, just baked and ran. Was doing this for a quick breakfast before church. My 4 year old son loved them! I'll be making these many more times to come!
