How to make it

  • In large shallow dish,layer the tomatoes and the mushrooms. In a bowl,whisk the oil,vinegar,garlic,parsley and salt. Pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours,turning occasionally. Serve with slotted spoon.
