Pina Colada Sauce for Chicken Skewers or coconut shrimp

this recipe is so easy and is great especially with coconut shrimp...you can add a bit more rum if you want!!..the recipe was from Celebrations
Ingredients
- • 1/2 Cup cream of coconut, such as Coco Lopez shopping list
- • 2 Tbsp crushed pineapple shopping list
- • 3 Tbsp sour cream shopping list
- • 1/4 Tsp minced, peeled fresh ginger shopping list
- • 1/4 Tsp Jamaican rum shopping list
- • 1 Pinch salt shopping list
How to make it
- • Mix together in a small bowl until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until party time.
- Serve with bite-size chicken skewers or coconut shrimp.
