Quick and Easy Mexican Chicken

- 4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 c salsa shopping list
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 clove garlic,minced shopping list
- 1 pinch salt shopping list
- 1 pinch ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 pinch ground cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Heat a greased skillet to medium. Rub chicken pieces with garlic,salt,pepper and cumin to taste and add to hot skillet. Cook till brown on both sides and no longer pink (10 to 15 mins)
- Transfer meat to 9x13" baking dish,top with salsa and cheese and bake for 15-20 mins (until cheese is bubbly and starts to brown.). Serve over rice.
