Taco Meatloaf

Even your kids will enjoy this tasty meatloaf. Serve it with shredded cheese,salsa and sour cream
Ingredients
- 1 c crushed saltines(about 30) shopping list
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1/2 c ketchup shopping list
- 1 can (4 oz) mushroom strms and pieces,drained shopping list
- 1 can(2-1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives,drained shopping list
- 1 small onion,chopped shopping list
- 2 eggs,beaten shopping list
- 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 lbs lean ground beef shopping list
- salsa,sour cream,sjredded cheddar cheese and additional olives,optional shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl,combine the first eight ingredients. Add beef;mix well. Press into a greased 9x5x3" loaf pan . Bake,uncovered at 350 for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or till meat thermometer reads 160. Serve with salsa,sour cream,cheese and olives.
