Ingredients

How to make it

  • Beat together butter, cream cheese and sugars,
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Mix in dry ingredients alternately with milk; beat until smooth.
  • Gently fold in blueberries.
  • Mix dry topping ingredients together with a fork.
  • Stir in melted butter until mixture is crumbly.
  • Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan.
  • Sprinkle with topping.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • NOTE: If you prefer, you can put 1/2 the batter into the pan, sprinkle with 1/2 the topping , spread remaining batter over the topping, then sprinkle batter with remaining 1/2 of the topping.

    I was just snooping around to see what my daughter was looking at, and this does sound wonderful. I love the cream cheese and the strusel on top. I can't let her get ahead of me yet!!!!

    Fabulous recipe. Only problem is fresh blueberries are extremely expensive here as they aren't grown commercially here. I am bookmarking it though for future use.
