How to make it

  • sprinkle chicken with paprika and black pepper
  • spread the 40 cloves of garlic on and around the chicken
  • sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar
  • bake uncovered at 375 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, basting occasionaly or until chicken is cooked
  • put the chicken on a serving platter reserving the juices
  • pres the garlic cloves using the back of a large spoon
  • discard peels and add cloves to the reserved juices
  • stir well and pour over chicken
  • ENJOY

    I have a similar recipe. The problem with this is you can only serve it to company once, since they think the point is the chicken, when in fact, the point is the garlic and juices sopped up on bread.
