How to make it

  • Cook pasta per package directions
  • Saute garlic and onion in butter until onion is soft.
  • Add sage and quickly toss with onion and garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken stock and cream and heat on low and heat through and to thicken.
  • Toss with drained, hot pasta. See Photo

    You know what, sage is something that people just don't use enough of, and it's absolutely delicious. Pasta doesn't go over too well in my house, but I'm sure I can get a compliment or two from this. p.s. The above link didn't work so I'm posting it here.

    Hey Sugar, we tried this recipe last night and the whole family loved it(I also added Parmesan to help thicken it). I served it with my own ground turkey mushroom meatballs...yummy
