Creamy Sage Pasta

- 1lb penne rigate shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced or crushed shopping list
- 1 shallot, diced shopping list
- 1 stick butter(1/2 olive oil would probably work, too) shopping list
- 10-15 fresh sage leaves, chopped and rubbed shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken stock shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1pt heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta per package directions
- Saute garlic and onion in butter until onion is soft.
- Add sage and quickly toss with onion and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add chicken stock and cream and heat on low and heat through and to thicken.
- Toss with drained, hot pasta. See Photo

This was DELICIOUS!! I did add a little parmesan to help thicken the sauce quicker. Served it with the cheesy chicken meatball on AR and it was perfect! Cant wait to make again! My IMI review more
