Cucumber Salad

This salad has been a family favourite for many years! Perfect with a grilled steak and baked potato.
Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers – peeled and thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 medium Vidalia or Walla Walla onion – thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- ½ cup salad dressing shopping list
- 1 TBSP vinegar shopping list
- 1 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 4 green onions chopped – reserve 1 onion for garnish shopping list
- garlic power – to taste shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Place cucumbers and onions in a bowl of salted ice water and refrigerator for several hours or until crisp.
- Combine sour cream, salad dressing, vinegar, dry mustard, and garlic powder, mix well, and chill
- Drain cucumbers and onions, add green onions, toss to combine, and mix in dressing
- Garnish with remaining green onion and paprika

oh for Heaven's sake, we NEED an edit... I forgot to say I didn't peel the cucumbers, either, again, just personal preference :)
