Red Wine Vinaigrette

I was looking for a classic red wine vinaigrette dressing and found this one, by Giada De Laurentiis, so I thought I'd share it. I just made it, and it was really fantastic! It has the perfect ratio of oil to vinegar.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 teaspoons honey shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup olive oil (vegetable oil works just as well) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients except the oil in a blender. Add the oil gradually while blending.
- You could also use a salad dressing mixing bottle, or a plain plastic bottle to mix this.

Is the 2 tsp of salt correct? It seems like it should be 1 tsp. It was a bit salty although it was edible. If I made this again I would cut the salt in half. I used a vegetable/canola blend of oil. Pretty color! I added a couple of picture and put...more
