How to make it

  • Cut up all seafood as follows:
  • shrimp, 3 pcs per shrimp
  • scallops, in quaters
  • lobster and crab into 1" pieces
  • In frying pan melt butter with olive oil
  • Add garlic and onion and saute till tender
  • Add plum tomatoes and cook 3 minutes
  • Season with:
  • pepper, parsley, paprika and 1 tbsp Parmesean cheese
  • Put seafood in 9 x 13 pan
  • Pour pan mixture over seafood
  • Top with bread crumbs
  • Bake about 20 minutes
  • Just before taking out of oven (5 minutes before), stir bread crumbs into butter/seafood mixture and then top again with more bread crumbs and bake another 5 minutes or till golden
  • Serve over pasta or rice
