How to make it

  • Heat gas grill on medium heat
  • Combine ground beef, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix lightly. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Place patties onto grill. Grill turning once, until internal temp. reaches at least 160F. or until meat is no longer pink in center (10 to 12 minutes). Top each patty with 1 slice cheese during last minute of grilling. Place cut-sides of bun onto grill. Grill until toasted.
  • Meanwhile, combine sauerkraut and caraway seeds in a small bowl.
  • Spread 2 tps. dressing onto each toasted bun half. Place burgers onto bottom bun half, top with 1 slice corn beef, 1/4 cup sauerkraut mixture and top bun half.
