Chocolate Avocado Cake

Net layer cake recipe which I adapted to a loaf. No one can quess whats in the cake. No dairy, or eggs. Very moist and fudgy!
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 6 Tbs baking cocoa shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 medium avocado, ripe and soft, mashed shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 2 tbs white vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- optinonal: Add fine chopped nuts or mini choc chips to the batter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all dry ingrdients . Set aside
- Mix all wet ingredients ( inc avocado )
- Blend both together well and smooth
- Pour into cake tins or a large loaf pan
- Bake 350F until tested done in center with toothpick, about 30 to 40 mins for cake pans and much longer for the loaf
- Cool in pans 15 mins and then carefully remove
- Freezes well
