How to make it

  • Stir together avocados, tomatoes, green onions, black beans and corn. Stir in red wine vinegar, canola oil and hot pepper sauce. Cover, and chill 1 hour. Keeps for a couple of days!

    Oh this would be so good right about now!!!!!! I've never had a batch of wonton skins spoil but my last package turned an ugly shade of greenish-grey!! I have to get some fresh to make those crunchy little cups for this dip.
