I'm diabetic, so I used plain yogurt and splenda instead, but the result was delicious!

No fairs. What if you don't have an ice cream maker? They have recipes to make bread without a breadmaker, I should be able to make azuki ice cream without a machine. Great post, but I loathe any type of ice cream or frozen yogurt unless it's azuki. Weird, huh? Maybe this would make a good parfait instead? I'll let you know. ;)
