How to make it

  • combine flour and salt. Coat chicken.
  • Melt butter over med heat, and brown meat all over
  • drain on paper towels
  • in same skillet, add all the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and put in the chicken. Cover, simmer about 35-40 min
  • I usually uncover the last few min.
