Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Press into sprayed loaf pan.
  • Spread additional mustard and tomato sauce on top of meatloaf. Sprinkle lightly with brown sugar.
  • Bake at 350 for one hour.
  • Drain fat off loaf; let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
  • *top with bacon, as pictured, if desired.

    Oh, how creative! And if you love bratwurst, what a great idea! Gotta try it - maybe in autumn or winter when we long for the taste of summer flavors like bratwurst! :)
