Ingredients
  • Fresh cooked rice (I don’t use overnight rice because the kids are eating)
  • Long beans, diced
  • Baby corn, diced
  • Carrot, diced
  • Fake crabmeat (similar to crab stick; it’s made from fish paste)
  • Egg
  • Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Stir fried long beans, baby corn, carrot and fake crabmeat till cooked.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Scramble an egg till cooked.
  4. Add in cooked rice and the earlier cooked ingredients.
  5. Add salt to taste.
  6. Continue to stir fried till mixed well.
  7. Dish and serve.

Wow it's very easy to make n am missing fried rice with crab i'll tyr it thnks a lot n if u cna put some recipe of the noodles dry with egg n prawns will be helpful.....


Yum! in a mood for some of this but DH wanted wendys ...blarf ! so in a couple hours when he goes ot bed ...i'll whip up some of this ! sounds delish ! (guess i better go check the cabinets for what i might need LOL!)

I have one question though, every fried rice recipe says "scramble until done" but how well do you scramble the eggs? I always try not to over abuse eggs so they can evenly heat and not have to worry about leftover whites, getting bits large enough to easily fork down. But thats just scrambled eggs for breakfast...


Im pretty shure that it is Egg and the sauce making the face looks like Sriracha Chili Sauce.
