Ingredients

How to make it

  • Add mushrooms and butter to medium, heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring often until butter is melted and mushrooms are medium brown.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce and parsley and stir to combine. See Photo
  • Add sour cream and salt and pepper, if needed. Stir well and keep on very low heat until ready to serve.
  Close

    great recipe...i tasted it before we sat down to have supper...i added more worcestershire and garlic and black pepper...coz as u know that is what i always do ... no disrespect to the recipe becoz it is a keeper...the dh really liked it and he's not so fond of sour cream...so he does want me to make it again and I WILL!!! thanks for sharing keni...it is a recipe that i have been waiting for...;0)

    Made this last night for the Band and their wives. It was gone before I could grab the camera for a pic. I did not have fresh parsley, so I had to use dried, which is not the same, but it worked. Absolutely delicious!!

    I made this tonight ! After Making the sauce I sliced a medium zucchini layered it in an aluminum tray and poured the sauce over the zucchini.then placed it on the grill and cooked over medium heat for 20 mins. My wife loved this. I made the sauce exactly as written. I will be making this again for her. Thanks Keni for another great recipe!

    Love it! I do that with my sourcream too, never thought of just adding it to my sauteed veggies. I usually have chopped garlic, sliced onion and red pepper, too, but everything else is the same. YUM! Thanks for sharing, I will do that next time!
