Ingredients

How to make it

  • butter a 9x13 pan with cookie dough, i like to use alot of dough.
  • in a processor combine cheese and egg and sugar and vanilla spread on top of raw cookie dough and bake at 350* till ever so lightly golden on top about 10 - 20 min depending on your cookie dough
  • let cool for 30 min
  • melt chocolate and buter together stir and let cool for 5 min
  • add sugar by the 1/2 cup til you achieve fluffy luchious ganche and spread on top of cheescake layer let sit 10 min EAT!

    Only good things come from Oregon! I am from Corvallis myself :D I sure do miss it and all the great places to eat there! TY for the recipe, I will surely make this guilt free :P
