When The Bees Met Lemonade Cookies

A refreshingly tart bite of a cookie that is low-fat and only sweetened with honey. It's bright, cheery yellow colour adds a wonderful touch to any cookie platter or tea tray!
Ingredients
- ¼ c honey shopping list
- 2 ½ T margarine shopping list
- ½ T lemon zest shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 c flour shopping list
- ¾ tsp baking soda shopping list
How to make it
- Cream honey, margarine and zest
- Add lemon juice.
- Blend dry ingredients, add to above.
- Resist the urge to make it less sticky... it all works out in the end!
- Grease a cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded tablespoons.
- Bake 7-8 min @ 350F
