Pumpkin Jell-O Recipe
A great idea for either Halloween or Thanksgiving time. Pretty made up and put into a clear glass bowl. Cook time is chill time.

Ingredients
  • 3 oz. pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix)
  • 1 sm. Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, add sugar and spice.
  2. Add pumpkin, mixing well.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip and nuts.
  5. Pour into mold or clean bowl and refrigerate until firm.
