Ingredients

1 slice bread

1/2 Tbs butter

1 egg

salt

pepper

Directions

cut a round circle from the center of the bread; set aside

In a small pan, melt buttter and place bread in pan

crack egg in the center of the bread

sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

cook on medium heat, turing over at desired doneness
