Great way to make your own vanilla extract. I have tried this and it is very good. Smells great too.
Ingredients
- 2 cups vodka shopping list
- 5 vanilla beans cut in 1" pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Combine vodka and vanilla beans in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
- Cover the jar and let it stand 8 weeks.
- After half the vanilla extract is used add more vodka to cover the beans.
