How to make it

  • Combine preserves,vinegar,pepper,salt,thyme salt and rosemary. Place turkey on rack in large,shallow roasting pan.
  • Bake,uncovered,at 325' for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or till thermometer reads 170',basting every 30 mins with apricot mixture. (over loosely with foil if turkey browns too quickly). Cover and let stand 15 mins. before slicing.

    Made this recipe today (March 25) and it was out of this world. The glaze is perfect and the meat is moist. I actually cannot stop nibbling. Thinking of inviting my family over for Thanksgiving dinner and serving this because none of them like dark meat.

    This glaze sounds great for Pork as well. Bet it would be great on a Christmas Ham!
