Apricot Glazed Turkey Breast

- 1/2 c apricot preserves shopping list
- 1/4 c balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary shopping list
- 1 bone-in turkey breast (5 lbs) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine preserves,vinegar,pepper,salt,thyme salt and rosemary. Place turkey on rack in large,shallow roasting pan.
- Bake,uncovered,at 325' for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or till thermometer reads 170',basting every 30 mins with apricot mixture. (over loosely with foil if turkey browns too quickly). Cover and let stand 15 mins. before slicing.
