Dilly Corn

- 8 oz frozen corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup onion diced shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 cloves) shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon dried chives shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon dried dill shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken stock shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a saute pan on medium heat, add olive oil and butter
- When butter melts, add onion and cook until translucent
- Add garlic and cook for about a minute
- Add corn and cook for about 5 minutes, until corn is warmed through
- Add stock, dill and chives, stir until combined
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Cook until liquid has reduced by half and serve

Hey Denny! Made this tonight with a new, rich pork dish in which I added dill. This fit perfectly. :) I did use pearl onions in it, because I had 'em. Pretty much followed the directions, otherwise. Easy, tasty, quick dish. Thank you, Denny. I add...more
