Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a saute pan on medium heat, add olive oil and butter
  • When butter melts, add onion and cook until translucent
  • Add garlic and cook for about a minute
  • Add corn and cook for about 5 minutes, until corn is warmed through
  • Add stock, dill and chives, stir until combined
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Cook until liquid has reduced by half and serve

    Dec 1/15 what a great recipe. The dill did not over power the recipe just gave it a different dimension. Will be making again.

    Hey Denny! Made this tonight with a new, rich pork dish in which I added dill. This fit perfectly. :) I did use pearl onions in it, because I had 'em. Pretty much followed the directions, otherwise. Easy, tasty, quick dish. Thank you, Denny. I added my pic.
